What data we collect§

When you submit the form, we process the information you provide (name, email, message and optional fields such as company and project parameters) plus basic technical data (e.g., user-agent). If you attach files, we store them as inquiry attachments.

Purpose and legal basis§

• Responding to your inquiry and preparing a quote – based on your consent given in the form (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
• Security and abuse prevention (e.g., spam) – legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Recipients / processors§

Data may be processed by infrastructure providers (hosting) and services used to operate the form and store files (Supabase). If email notifications are enabled, an email delivery provider (e.g., Resend) or SMTP provider may be used.

Retention§

We keep the data for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and correspondence, up to 12 months, unless longer retention is required (e.g., claims/defense of claims).

Your rights§

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability and to object. You may withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal).
