1. General Information§

The owner of the ForgeMotion Systems brand and the administrator of forgemotionsystems.com is:§

2. Business Profile§

ForgeMotion Systems designs and manufactures motion platforms, simulators, and engineering solutions, including custom-made products. The Website is informational and offer-oriented (B2C and B2B).§

3. Inquiries & Contract Formation§

Information on the Website does not constitute a binding offer. Contracts are concluded individually after an offer is issued and accepted (email/PDF/contract).§

4. Custom-Made Products§

Products marked as CUSTOM are manufactured according to specifications agreed between the parties. Visuals and photos are illustrative.§

5. Delivery Time§

Delivery times, especially for CUSTOM products, are agreed individually and become binding only upon written confirmation and acceptance by both parties (email/PDF/contract).§

6. Deposits & Prepayments§

Order fulfillment may be conditional upon a deposit:§

• 30% of the order value – standard projects,§
• 50% of the order value – higher-value and/or highly customized projects,§

The final deposit amount is specified in the offer/contract. For CUSTOM products, the deposit is non-refundable and shall not be refunded if the Customer withdraws from the contract, subject to mandatory applicable law.§

7. Right of Withdrawal (B2C)§

Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, with statutory exceptions. In particular, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or clearly personalized products.§

8. International Sales (EU / Non-EU)§

Sales may include the EU and third countries (e.g., the UK, the USA). For non-EU destinations, local customs and tax rules may apply. The Customer may be responsible for import taxes, duties, and fees unless the offer/contract states otherwise.§

9. VAT & Tax Residency§

The Seller is tax resident in Poland. Tax and VAT treatment depends on the delivery country, Customer status (B2C/B2B), and transaction type, and is determined individually in the offer/contract in line with applicable law.§

10. Governing Law§

These Terms & Conditions and contracts are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws where applicable.§

11. Final Provisions§

The Administrator may update these Terms & Conditions. The current version is published on the Website.§
